2 eggs, separated
40g sugar
250g mascarpone chees
200ml expresso
30ml coffee liqueur (cointreau/rum/brandy is fine)
savoiardi biscuits (lady fingers)
cocoa powder for dusting
1/ whisk egg yolk and sugar till thick and pale
2/ fold cheese in gently
3/ whisk egg white till soft peaks form (not too stiff)
4/ fold egg white into mixture (a very delicate process)
5/ combine express and liqueur in small bow
dip biscuits into coffee mixture (not completely soaked through) and
place across bottom of bowl
6/ cover with mascarpone mixture
7/ repeat layering
8/ refrigerate for 3 hours or longer (make sure it's properly covered, otherwise it dries up)
sprinkle with cocao powder just before serving

Only 1 tablespoon of sugar, so it's not that sweet at all. (The kahlua is a sweet coffee wine.)
I have seen many recipes and I found mine quite simple but tasty. :)
